MMIWG - Developing A National Action Plan
W2SA is part of the national 2SLGBTQQIA Sub-Working Group in developing a National Action Plan to address the Calls to Justice outlined by the report, Reclaining Power and Place: The Final Teport of the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
Our current priority is to provide knowledge, perspectives and support towards developing a respectful and meaningful plan to begin the process which is LONG overdue.
W2SA will be working with a number of leaders from 2S organizations across Canada. We will provide periodic updates on the progress of this plan.
More information will provided in the near future.
